How often do you get to meet someone who stayed at the same agency for 23 years? It was a very different kind of interview, one that spoke of the advantages of staying at an agency that kept providing her with challenges, kept evolving, kept inspiring her and kept surrounding her with talented colleagues, great mentors, and famous brands, all of which became family to Susan (the brands included).
